I didn't find a way to submit feedback or feature request, so posting here. It would be great to prefill my country and currently, and my only bank account when I do the claim. Amongst my entries, this is what repeats 99.9% of the time, I always submit the same values and this takes the most of energy as well, because how the keyboard overlays the value that I searched for in android... It would be much much better to rely on my previous entry, at least, and prefill data. thnx

Horrible usability. It should be possible to have some field prefilled, especially extremely mundane fields like country and currency. Also I would expect OCR to pick up data from scans. Obviously there's an incentive to not make it easy to reimburse. Shame on this company!

Allianz is too slow in checking claims and making reimbursements. Once the claim is clear, the reimbursement will be processed on the 10th day, mind it it is not within 10 days. It is on the 10th day. They are way too slow. In very simple claims, you have to spend 5 to 10 USD on international calls for following up on your claim reimbursement.
